Mt. Wilson team, you guys rock! Here is their story:
We had a great time. Megan and I started out on friday after noon on the kilpacker trail and were amazed at all the wild mushrooms! Like we’ve never seen before, so many colors and sizes and shapes, what a creative God. We arrived at the Navajo lake camp site and the first person we see is Gary our third team member who road his horse Fred from Woods lake TH. We quickly set up camp and made dinner. We were happy and excited to be there together doing what we were doing and it meant so much more than just Climbing a Fourteener. That night I slept really great, until 1:40am then thinking we over slept I grabbed for my watch. Come to find out it was not the light of dawn but instead it was the almost full moon. After that I couldn’t go back to sleep and thought seriously about getting the others up to start our climb but I resisted the temptation and waited. A really long time! Needless to say, 4:30am finally rolled around and by 5:00am we were off. We were guided by moon light that morning and we could see the cloud rolling in over our climb, not the other two 14rs in the near by area just ours, but we remained optimistic. As always the sun rise was unreal and we trudged on, through the impending weather and precarious terrain.
We got shut down by the weather, we didn’t make the summit. When I made the call to turn around, I was amazed to find no remorse in my heart. I never thought I could ever get that close, having gone through all that, and then just be okay with not making it. Our hearts were there with the rest of yours for the same reason; the struggle, the journey, and for the kids. God is honored there, weather at the top or somewhere along the way. Our hearts were delighted to be of use.

Mt. Lindsey summit pictures! Way to go guys! Here is what their team leader had to say about the day:
It was a wonderful experience, each person challenged in a very unique way. If just being together for 24 hours accomplished this much in personal growth (it was more technical than all expected) I imagine the extended trips you take with the young people would be incredible – Dan Kurschner
